As Denis already said, nice model and nice portrait, I really do believe she's a great dancer, too.
But according to the title it would state much more showing her in motion a bit, some blurred areas expressing the motion of a dance, caused by using a longer exposure and flash (set on rear curtain if possible; it'll show her way in a natural way by a blurred starting part and a sharp 'portrait' when the curtain will close and flash fired. If your cam does not allow this feature, even use a slow exposure and fire the flash at the beginning of the motion; it'll show the starting position sharp and the following motion blurred, but anyway, in my opinion some motion is necessary), or sth else.
Technically nothing to complain, grayscale is fine (great film for ol' fashioned shots, by the way...), as well as lights are. Direction of her look is unusual and adds some tension, great way for a portrait (Check out how the shot works by flip it horizontically, by the way and think about the effect)
