i remember seeing this one yesterday, though it is only today that i got to comment on it :)

there is something wonderful, almost magical about macro photos... our eyes almost never see what these macro lenses do :)

i like the end result :) though i think you did some sharpening either in post processing or in-camera, its a tad bit harsh :) but the photo is amazing overall :) nice light :)

i like so much this kind of works.. i have tryed to create the same mood.. with fishing road.. and also with other objects but it's not for me.. i have to learn more..
this is really effective!! congratulation for the new tripod! ;))
