super fotografija. Pa res izgleda malo sramežljivo...kakor da se ne more odločiti ali bi se pustila fotografirati ali ne. Najbrž so jo prepričali sladkorčki, da je takole pozirala. :):):)

She is certainly very sweet and I am sure that she adores strolls in the woods and runs in the fields.
the composition with her face half hidden behind the tree and the play of light and shadow is simply spectacular
as usulal a special eye and a special heart , i would love to be one to hand her a sugar cube or a carrot or an apple ...

This is beyond lovely!
The light management is unbeatable, and the subject could not have had better disposition to 'pose' for you. Great moment you captured, and it was superbly delivered. The vertical format and the wide frame was very appropriate in my opinion.

dear Jeri,

yes as you noted, her eye looks graceful and bashful,
and she seems to have both wariness and curiosity to me.
of course those are our translation of her face, and perhaps her face is the mirror reflecting our minds.
but this ambivalent eye is my favorite.
the eye catches our eyes, the center of this shot looks being it,
but my impression may be different from yours,
fore high contrasted tree looks human body, and it is very seductive to my eyes...
perhaps the clear curve of it makes me feel so.
then the tree and the horse, and the back make vertical black and white stripes like waves, and the waves come to here with her eye.
this composition is my favorite too.
anyway, her eye meets your eye and our eyes on this image,
and it gives off a little spark,
what the viewer thinks about this spark may be the center of the feeling.

Hi Jery.

I don't know if it is because she is partially behind the tree but she really looks shy. ;-) Very nice composition. The balance of shadows and light is great (may be the right part of the tree is too much underexposed but I don't think that this reduces the overall quality of the picture).
