[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken at 'Vintgard Soteska.' I took this picture around eight in the morning, it was still foggy and the sun wasn't able to reach this part of the gorge. In the back you see the sun peaking through.

The Vintgar Soteska Gorge is 1,6 Km long and the river Radovna is running through it. This gorge is located 4 km noth-west of the well know town Bled. The gorge was accidentally discovered by Jakob Žumer, the Major of Gorje, and the cartographer and photographer Benedikt Lergetporer in February 1891.

Hi Niek..Nice photo..I would like to see it from the other side..or maybe a little closer to the sunny part..I think that the foggy effect would do really good job there..I like the place and the idea of taking pics there..Well done..
Nikos..

Thw scwnw is very impressive! The perfect dose of fog in my taste to let a good mystery mood. Tell me it's one of the first image of the 4rth Indiana Jones (There wil be one) And i would like to believe it :)

Yet another one of a kind charmimg beauty.
Let me please believe, that it looked exactly the way we look at it - no photoshop involved to create the mood of thid picture
George

This one is just fine !

Went back in time for this one as it is so interesting. Also interesting is Joan's WS. Now - I like the original for its mysteriousness and I like the WS for its clarity and extra details in the b/g. Perhaps a balance between the two? I must admit to having some trouble in the original in working out what was what. The note helped but the WS clarified.
Very ethereal ... whatever that means.
