A very nice shot here, almost like one out of a holiday brochure, Very peaceful looking with that yacht bobbing on the gentle waves. I like the lighting and colours too. Well done!

See - you do get some sunny days where you are ... Enjoy the changes that the seasons bring for you. Not everyone gets to appreciate the variations.
Content is very pleasant and your crop is well done. There is a slight tilt but it's negligible. Just wish that the boat had moved a little further into the frame.
Two things - are you on an LCD screen? This looks 'soft' to me. Then - try this at home - substitute a very dark frame for your white one. See the difference that can make to subtle colours in the image?

A postcard perfect picture, the blue with the contrasting red rooftops is very nice. I love the cloud bank in the background and the sailboat at the right, well done.
