It looks like you used the shutter button on the camera. I discovered that even when the camera is mounted on the tripod using the on-camera shutter button can still introduce camera shake! ( looking at the background lights here).
A way to avoid this is the timer release .. or better still cable release (because the timer release causes you to 'miss' some critical moments).
If you are really interested in shooting scenes at night i think it's worth it (ie a cable release). I got one last year and I find it a great help.

Anyway, nice effort.

good job with the long exposure! i can never keep the camera steady for that long..
