Hello Syed,
Try purchasing a gradual density filter gray to even out ththat you do not lose all the background as you have here. The white glare is distracting and takes away from the final image you are trying to present. With the background showing I think the colors of the water would have made more of a statement instead of the white/neutral hue that overpowers the scene.
