hmmmmmmmmmm strawberries and cream, very nice dessert, just right now we are in the strawberry season in Peru, and they are so cheap you would never believe it, they cost .89 US centa a KILO! Welcome to come and have strawberry shortcake, strawberry icecream, strawberries dipped in chocolate etc etc.

I think this is my all time favorite John. I LOVE strawberries - always have. This looks like I could reach right up there and take a bite. Beautiful color and lovely detail. MMMM, I'm hungry.

This does remind me of a story that my mother told me about myself as a wee gal. She said she had a strawberry plant that had all of these green strawberries, tons. My mother was so excited and couldn't wait for the strawberries to start ripening. Well, the days came and went, and she noticed that her strawberries vanished before they ever got ripe. Then one day, she caught me outside very deliberately picking the bright red ripe strawberries right off the vine and eating them!!! I was caught red handed quite literally!!

Wow John, this is such a beautiful photo so the first thing I had to do when looking at it was to add it to my list of favourites. I like the sharpness, the composition and the choice of frame is excellent.

Double yummy!

I just love strawberries and fresh cream and as a South African it is in my blood.

The image is well composed and the colours are vibrant. The large strawberry in the centre is well lit and enhanced even more by the darker strawberries behind it, drawing the viewer's attention to the main focal point. Fine details are crisp and clear. Overall a great image.

The frame also accentuates the main subject - colours were chosen well and the size emphasises the boldness in the image. Very well done.
