Hi John,

Nice view. So early in the evening your view was still rather sharp but allready a bit narrow (tunnel view).

The picture has a good balance and compositon. Lots of details to look at. The evening shot gives it normally a softer tone look. I am afraid you played around with the saturation to make your live even more colorfull.

Heel mooi John...kan men zo gebruiken als anzichtkaartje. Je bent wel een expert met frames...beter als mij in ieder geval.
Doe rustig aan morgen in Heerenveen...trouwens is nog steeds meer dan 100km van mijn huis af. Het noorden is groot en wijds :-)

Damn John !

I thought you were practicing the use of Captain's John of the SS Titanic 2 telescope in preparation of our trip to NZ!

With such an old lens, it would have been quite an achievement , better a piece of art! With a Nikon 5400 and tele-converter, I am less impressed.... (LOL).

Just kidding of course !

There is one lost ship in harbour! A Mississipi river boat in Benalmadena harbour. This is an unusual sight!

Hi, John.
Great photo! I would not have guessed the time of day as 7pm... Lighting still very good for that time of the day. Composition, vibrant colour, all very good, but then came along the s-curve lead-in line, wich is very good! The s-curve realy adds impact to the image and the composition.

Normally we see bright or distorted colours around binoculars and telescopes - here we see it in your photo, especially the texture in the top of the circle. Very well done yet again. Frame is great and I also like the colour and font of the text on the frame - just enough not to distract the viewer from the image.
