Lovely image Iria.
The beautiful colorful flowers in the fore and beautiful buiding in background do make this a great composition.
The blue sky and the frame are wonderful and add to the image.
Pity there's quit a bit of noise in the sky.
You gould easely get that out with software like Neat Image, NoiseWare or Noise Ninja.
