Wonderful shot John. No matter what our religion stained glass windows in Churches can be very inspiring. Sucha pity the workmanship these days is not of such a standard. TFS

Ahhhh... stained glass windows - I too am attracted to them. You have illustrated for us the wonderful constructions, and lovely backlighting. Quite a spiritual shot, and yes, very appropriate for this time of year.

This is a difficult subject to have the exposure correct for the stained glass as well as the inside walls of the Cathedral. Well done to show the details and textures in both. It is a great image to share for the Xmas season. Very nice, John.

How beautiful! Great work getting a good exposure here, and of course the Cathedral did its part as well! Just a wonderful place, I'm guessing.
