Zaragoza, appointed by UNO as World Capital for Water until 2015. Though here we can see a fountain in one of the parks of the city, Zaragoza lies on a dry region and suffers a long drought.
The building in background is the tower of the old fair site. Zaragoza will hold the Expo 2008 with the motto "water and suistanable development"

Hi Clemente,
Imaginative photo. I like the way you froze the water in time to frame the tower. Would have been better if your lens did not have the water droplets as they have affected the photo slightly.

Very original picture. The two jets of water and the drops in front of a beautiful moody background. The light is superb too.
