The Posets-Maladeta Nature Reserve was estabilished by the Law 3/1994, with the aim of safeguarding of natural assets, vegetation, flora and geomorphological formations inside its natural area.
The reserve is, moreover, the site of greatest number of 3.000 metre peaks and 95 lakes, or ibones, of glacial origin, which means that 70% of the surface area of the reserve is over 1.800 m high, with a predominance of austere high-mountain landscape.
Among the forms of glacial and karstic fashioning, we find endemic species of flora and fauna in danger of extincion. All this contributes elements og great natural interest , justifying the creation of this nature reserve and the measures taken to conserve it.

Ahoj Jity, krasna fotka naprosto fantasticke krajiny.
Hm, 95 jezer, to musela byt fakt pohadka. Libi se mi prirozeny barevny prechody, skvele je vyvazena obloha. Moc prima fotka, vazne:-)
Asi tak za rok touhle dobou Ti pisu mail "kam a kdy nejlepe" v Pyrenejich (doufam, ze je to v Pyrenejich, ted jsem zmatla sama sebe)
Mej se prima.
