Hi Valery,
this is not a bad shot. However, you can improved it better and make it more effective.
Here, the horizon is about in the centre of the frame. While it is fine, it could look more pleasing if you try placing it 1/3 off the frame - either from top or bottom. That way, you would either include more of the cloud and less of the ground or the other way, lesser sky and more of the ground.
Maybe you can try it one day and see if you would be please with it.
