| Time ago, in the end of 19th and beginning of 20th centuries, there were children who manage to survive around Santander port. They dived looking for coins throwed into the sea, just for fun, by sailors and other people. English sailors called them rackers, and that word was taken and turned into the Spanish "raqueros". Nowadays, a sculpture group shows these raqueros by the seashore. Here you can see one of them. |

La imagen es una preciosidad. Me encanta la composición, con la escultura a la izquierda, los veleros sobre las aguas revueltas y las preciosas montañas del fondo.
