| The Cathedral of Almudena in Madrid is fascinating, being designed in the traditional style, but with more modern artwork. We see painted ceilings, but not with the traditional Biblical scenes; we see wall paintings of Biblical scenes, but in a modern style of art; we see stained glass windows, also in a 20th Century artistic style. Beautiful! |
