hi juan, thanks for your comments on my work, yes i agree the light and depth of field is pretty, perhaps the composition could have been done a little different as my eys gos to the centre of the image where the light hits the flower, but it is still a very pretty shot, well done, cheers, scott

Hi Juan,
I like how the sun is picking up the stems. These flowers are totally different in full sun and it is a nice change to see a different take.

Muy buen trabajo este. La luz lateral es muy buena, es lo que permite esa variedad de tonos tan sutil. La composición lleva la profundidad de campo necesaria. Sí es verdad que el fondo oscuro apaga un poco las flores de la izquierda.

Pues a mi me gusta tal cual.
Creo que esa oscuridad en contraste con la luz en los pétalos es lo que le da su gracia. Pero bueno, en esto ya se sabe. Cuestión subjetiva.

Hello Juan Jose,
wonderful composition with superp lighting. I love your DOF, the way the sharpness fades towards the back.. making the rear flowers look like a faded mirrior immage.

I like the back/side lighting which exposed the fantastic colors of the petals. The light on the stems are also contributing to the compo. I think I would crop the rightmost flower and add some negative space to the left side, instead.
Here I like having other flowers in the bokeh zone.
Overall, the composition is quite tasty and holds a warm, lively, and positive mood.

C'est très très beau et rare de voir une aussi jolie photo de fleurs ! Comme tu le dis, le net devant et le flou derrière, pas facile à prendre, mais tu as superbement réussi. Et les couleurs sont très agréables à l'oeil :o)
