Good use of the light coming through the window, with good details and colours. The ladies expression could have been a little cheerier though :-)

Excellent composition. The light is (almost) perfect. Great pose of the girl although it could be a tad sharper, adjustment of contrast will improve the picture too in my opinion (see WS). Anyway overall a fine posting my friend.
