I don't see the added value of cutting his head off. Maybe zooming on the legs, feet and shadow would have worked better.

A shame there's no Photographer's Note.

hey,
cool and very funny photo, i guess his head is in the plastic bag. he's an office worker and now coming back from work to his place. he knows the way back home so well so he doesn't need the head to lead him there. now is the time for the head rest.
