Lovely pair of twins. Great eye-contact with both. I would have preferred a slightly lower position of visualisation (POV), to have your camera at their eye-level. Looking from above, you seem to dominate them, and they look a bit intimidated.

Kids also prefer to have the photographer at their level. He becomes a friend, or a guy of their age , who wants to play with them (^_^). They are often much more relaxed and comfortable.
