The texture and colour are what stopped me at this image. I notice the symmetry next and then the implied diagonal line along from one head to the other. This image moves the viewers eye very well.

For the photo i like the pause, the compo. It's well arranged for the texture.
It's the kind of monument i will create my own story, so i understand your fun!
