Jonathan Livingston Seagull,is a fable in novella written by Richard Bach and published in 1970.
Jonathan is a seagull who is bored with the daily squabbles over food and seized by a passion for flight. He pushes himself, learning everything he can about flying, until finally his unwillingness to conform results in his expulsion from his clan. An outcast, he continues to learn, becoming increasingly pleased with his abilities as he leads an idyllic life. |

Welcome to TL! I really loved the visual play you made on the theme, note, and subject of the photo! Great idea with the seagull at the top of a vertically-cropped photo with lots of grayish-cloudy sky to fill up the space. Good use of evening lighting and I like the movement and silhouette effect of the seagull. I might recommend placing the seagull a little off-center at the top so to place the seagull more near the top right or left corner, which makes for a more interesting composition. Nice brownish frame to make everything pop out. Simple beauty. Thanks for sharing!
