You have captured the exposure corect but the focus is slightly out better to focus on the face especially the eyes.

Good for me, i like the grainy like effect, surreal marine surroundings. TGS

This is a wonderful shot. I like the colors and sharp detail your captured while the turtle appears to be swimming.
