Hi Juan Luis,
Beautiful composition and colours but you definitively should have stopped down to get more of the pistil in focus. Even if you do have a bit of wind (that is the main problem of these shots) an exposure of 1/125 seconds is fast enough. So you could have stopped down to f/11!
