Snapshot taken at Halmstad Castle. These are some of the doors to the castle itself. We dont talk 1200 century castle here! ;)

Hope you like it! Honest comments and analyzes are always welcome! If you think its bad.. please give me inputs of what you think should be different! =)

Well, imo your picture lacks nothing!
It has style, the bw does a good job here, there is an element of interrest in the man just leaving. Did you do PP work on the wall?
Well done, its a keeper!

The symmetry is a rule on your photo :-) very consequently realized - not only horizontally but verically too. Congratulations for finding and observing it. Another point of this photo is the contrast between smooth wall and other details - doors in centre, lamps and flowerpots.

The man disturbs this symmetry - is unexpected, doesn't fit the rules. I like this contrast. I think B&W emphasizes this.

My only technical doubt is overexposed head.
Good work, very nice photo to look at.

I liked the light and contrast 'clair-obscure'. Your picture send me to memories of Hamlet or an scene of a Ingmar Beergman 'film. Good scenary, composition and light!
I first imagine that the man didn'nt have a determined face..only a white mask as in Mimes what will be the effect?..
Thanks you for sharing!

I like the symetrical placement of the lights and the central position of the door, but I feel the gentleman needs a little bit more space to the right (his left), as he is facing in that direction.
Other than that, this is a superb composition with great lighting.

Sorry, out of todays points allowance.
