Well the story behind this picture would be that im to lazy and tired to get a job so i cant aford a model or anything (who would pose for a 17 year old emo kiddo anyway?) so i desided to find something that was located where i live and doesnt need to get payed : D

Enjoy

Nice compo and layout. The out-of-focus plus the shallow depth of field work well together, interetingly. It looks like the stage actor jumped in front of the cam before it could follow the move with the zoom/focus. :) Two grey spots in top right corner and near left edge...? You really managed to reflect the wood feel of the peg. Simple, good stuff, although I can see that many people would be put off by the unsharpness. I am not.

Niklas,
Great image! It's simple. Good composition and use of shadow... I like the frame too.
Your note made me laugh ;).
Thanks for sharing!

Very interesting! I used this kind of pinch when I was young. As I look at this black and white picture ,all the memories of the old stories come up to my mind. Thank you!

excellent composition on a simple object Niklas :)
the POV is very interesting, you control the light and shadows very well here
good work

Nice composition, great shadow at the bottom, good tonal range, but I'm the one to be put off a bit by the shallow focus at the top, just because I'm thinking that if this was a large print, it would become too obvious. But a very nice still life. Great job!

Hi Niklas,

beautyfull photo, well done and well seen.
Steph.

I like the pov.
