[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of my very first attempts on somewhat more serious portraiture. I've found it to be at least as exciting as shooting the sometimes more convenient though sometimes more dull subjects in abstracts or in landscape etc. I think I'm starting to like this genre.

Post-processing: cropping, cloning in a few areas and sharpening.

Good portrait and title. The sharpness and DOF are very nice also, great composition.
Well done.

Johan
I'm no expert in this field, but this is a well done portrait.
The setting and choice of B&W add to this.
Very sharp detail, yet a softness about it as well.

Beautifull photo... so delicate...

**

Great attempt. I would have tried maybe a supermacro mode? It would have allowed all her face to be super sharp, yet her shoulder in the lower left, blurred. All in all, really really good! TFS!!

Very beautiful in all the senses......
I like too much the incomplete pictures.....they let something to guess...and it is all the power of these pictures....
A great quality...
Be proud of this one...
Claude

lovely. so pretty johan! tfs!

Hi Johan,

You have a very interesting portfolio... I particularly like this image, due to the softness of it. This woman has a very nice facial structure so it adds that aesthetic touch to the portrait... and the soft edges just seem to increase the beauty that is already there. I'm not sure about the frame, it's not bad... and I can't detect anything wrong with it... just not sure about it. Lovely portrait, I'm glad you've taken a liking to this 'genre' because you're rather good at it.

Biance.

And I think that you did a fine job here. The soft delicate tones work very good on her skin.
Regards,
Paul
