[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Amazed by the richness of the sky this early morning, I decided to shoot my first HDR-image. In order to get a full tonal spectrum, I had to blend five different exposures. I found HDR to be very useful in landscape photography and in difficult lighting situations.

The post-processing consists in, in addition to the HDR-blending, saturation increasing, cropping and some tweaking with the buoy (since it was moving all the time).

Hi Johan,

Absolutely stunning!! The colors are amazing indeed.... But, maybe, you should have taken the buoy out, i just keep starring at it instead of just enjoying the peacefulness and the beauty of the moment. Excellent work!! Congratulations,

Nuxa

Wow! Beautiful colors you've managed to capture here. I'm not familiar with HDR, but it seems to have worked perfectly for you here! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Johan, thats a wonderful image indeed. Great serenity and calmness all around and some beautiful reflections in those stillw aters. the lights are well managed and the colours are simply devastatingly beautiful. theyre vibrant and magical all at the same time. Good overall composition.

Excellent experiment Johan. Good colour and detail and well composed. HDR does give a much crisper image. TFS,
David

Great picture - you've made superb use of the HDR process and have created a picture with a smooth tonal range and really eye catching colours. Composition is very strong and I love all the little details around the shot, like the birds and their reflections.
Thanks for sharing

such photos are my favorite :) primarily i cant myself take such good nature shots...

i have noticed that you write the notes in much the same way as i do, which is good :)

the colors in this photo have turned out very nice, no blown highlights, etc.. the birds, in my view, are adding a lot of balance to the composition :)

you have a nice, diverse gallery of photos :)

have a great day

muhammad muhsin
