This duck didn't want to get wet, so instead of swimming or staying on the ground, why not get as near the water as possible without getting wet.

Why not use the rope that was hanging there.

Hej Hans,

I browsed on your photo by chance...
I like the photo, and you have a good note to it :)
Perhaps POV-wise the photo might be better... but I know it's difficult sometimes to take photos of Stockholm's ducks:)
Anyway, your comment about the duck and the photo itself perfectly match each other :)
