Capturing the "sparkle" of snow and making it an interesting picture is an amazingly difficult thing to do, and unfortunatley I don't think this picture carries it off. There are a lot of distracting elements in the shot which add little or no real interest (the branches in lower right for example). Getting a lower POV and trying to focus in on just one area of "sparkle" (whilst not overexposing the picture) is a great challenge.
