[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Was on a visit to my mother and father this morning when suddenly a little bird crashed agains their window. I went out to check on the little fellow. But the little poor bird had broken his neck and was now lying still.. no breathing.. all silent. I picked him up while he's body was still warm and buried him in the garden by some flowers.

Very sweet note
your kindness shows
Sometimes we don’t appreciate the little creature that share and make our planet a beautiful place to be, I'm glad you treated this little feathered friend with respect by giving a decent burial.

How life is cruel directly show in one shot. We see it's very recent just by the eye... The angle surprised by the way it seem more dramatic! Well observed!

Strong expression and mood being captured.

I thought its alive, but.... cuz the eyes are open.

Animal lOve!

'Respectful shot' is the expression that came to my mind first. Without analyzing the settings and tech specs of the pic, it does what it was designed for: shows a little life in its full glory: so well-defined, so nice colors, textures and patterns... yet this life is gone. Great gesture, great photo.

That's not how this bird would have liked to be remembered (I don't think this thought ever crossed its mind, though).
The picture itself is very good, of course: DOF, color saturation, Point of view.
Keep on taking sensitive pictures, and I hope only positive events will cross your way from now on.
