I noted that the aperture was set to F4.9. In my opinion scenic view like this requires a depth of field of at least F8 and above. Mounting the camera with a tripod is essential to reach out for the furthest details. With the lighting condition where colour of the scene is grey, perhaps a black and white version would give a better resulting image.
