Great shot!

Again, the colours are fantastic. The tall trees really makes the woods look majestic.

Powerful composition with the jogger running into the darknes. The path leads nicely and the light and colours are great too.

Only little tiny thing I'll mention is that the jogger doesn't look to be running but more like hes walking. Very minor detail in this great shot!

Autumn and magical colours are synonimous!
You have captured this to perfection!
I love how the path emerges from the f/g vegetation and draws the eyes through the colours into the mystery of the darkness.
The figure helps our appreciation of the scasle.

Hi Hans - this is a really well spotted shot and well captured... The lone jogger makes this photo, especially with the crop you've got.
Nice work. I've just had 24 hours in the UK and the autumn colours are still 'summer colour'..

Hi Hans,
Good one, the very tall and very colorful trees towering over the lone jogger on the winding path is a powerful image.
I really like the perspective of the path disappearing into the very dark woods as a juxtaposition to the warm and beautiful trees on the outside.

Oh my Hansie! You get a Texas Excellence Award for this one! The colors ARE RICH and I love how you got the trees to stand out against the darker forest! I'm not sure if the Jogger adds for takes away, but the rest is SO breathtaking it's of little concern! Nice work!

Hi Hans,I really like your composition here, the nice winding S curve of the woodland trail,leading the eye right into the scene,the natural warm colours of the fall leaves & the single jogger certainly gives scale to the location.Not a critique as such, more another view point Hans I know you can't help what colour the joggers top is, but I wondered what another less glaring colour would be like,see WS, as I would be interested in your viewpoint to this change.Thanks.

Hello Hans !

I love this one. The format suits very well the majesty of the forest and dramatic light . The jogger or human presence was essential here to complete the composition with this twisty pathway. Well observed, cropped and processed.

Maybe the white shirt is just a bit too bright and it could have been modified slightly, either darkened or changed color. Just a thought.

Hi Hans,

This is beautiful with all of the fall colors of the leaves. The "S" shape of the path and the jogger are such interesting touches. The jogger really helps us to realize the giant size of these trees!

Hi Hans,
This is the type of shots that usually draw my attention at once . A huge forest or tall trees dwarfing a human figure , giving the viewer a terrific sense of grandeur and smalness at the same time. The sinuous path creates a visual S-shaped broad line across the frame in harmony to the verticals formed by the tall trees ! The perspective is huge , a very good one indeed !

Excellent composition with the winding trek. The jogger gives the scale (one could quote Protagoras here) and the colors are neat of course.

Hi Han, A wonderful place for a walk or a jog. The autumn tones are pleasing to see. In many places summer can be too hot, so oautumn is the better time. I notice you use the Sony camera also so much easier to carry on your belt i find and good results. A very fine series. TFS. Murray.
PS plan to go from Italy to Germany via Switzerland mid 09. Looks like some good places to see nature.

I love the warm autumnal colours but even better is the joggers almost insignificance amongst the trees. Warm colours and well composed.
