| This antique wheelchair sits in a corner of the Chateau de Gruyères, an impressive castle that overlooks the quaint town of Gruyères. It is possible that the chair was used by one of the Bovy family, a wealthy family that restored the castle in the mid-1800s. |

Never seen such a vehicle; suffering is from all times.
I imagine turning those handles to go forward.... what a disaster, even if you are wealthy.
Lovely space in this picture; in a way I make a imagination about the Duke sitting in it and smoking his pipes.
Huub.

Transportation, eh? ;) I guess...there but for the grace of God.
Nice composition and point of view. Good capture overall and good lighting.
Thanks for sharing.
(what a tough to operate device this must have been)
Take care,
Wilt

Wonderful composition and subject that work well together in this skillful shot. The light picks up the details of the chair and the surrounding textures very well. Excellent!
