[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On our European tour, we stopped over at Lucerne and during the afternoon took a trip via a cog railway and a gondola to the top of Mount Stanserhorn nearby. I took this shot from the train as we ascended the lower slopes of the mountain. It was a great trip to the top, up into the clouds (pics later).

What a lovely view. I love the mountains myself - just live way to far from any big ones :).

Hope you're having a great vacation Joan. The composition in this is very good. I like how the colours are so vibrant at the front of the picture and gradually become more muted. The pov is good as it the lighting.

Hi Joan.
Great composition, especially seeeing you took the shot from the train. To me the colours seem subdued(no criticism) making the scene appear dream like.Overall a picture post card.TFS.
Kind regards,
Robert

Hello Joan, I have only spent eight hours in Switzerland on two separate occasions, I wish that I had taken the time and stopped to grab a photograph or two like this. I was well impressed by the place. I drove from Norway to Athens 2000 and then back again in 2001 passing through Switzerland. Thanks for the memory jolt. Cheers Gazza

Clean and Green ... So Swiss. I do like the graduated intensity of strength as the scene recedes into the distance.
Good memories for me, too.
