Walking on a road to nowhere, this was the feeling I had, going up to this castle entrance. I took this picture last winter at “Château de Tourbillon” in Sion, the beautiful capital of the Swiss canton Valais (Wallis in German).

The b&w rendition is effective in showcasing details of the isolated castle. The graduating columns, the textured steps, and the harsh-looking wall are all important features of your composition. My compliments...Danilo

I liked this composition in diagonal and the crisped aspect, a nice b&w shot for me.

Really beautiful and detailed shot. I really enjoyed the b&w idea. It has a really moody atmosphere and seems like one of the castles we see in fairytale books. Amazing work as always.
