What an interesting capture, Nicolas!
I like the energy into the shot and the busy guy who is serving melting cheese on a plate. The sharpness and POV are superb. The colors are natural. Great contrasts exist within the picture. Well done composition, my friend!

Ohhhh, I love raclette!! I had the great pleasure to eat this several times when I lived in Switzerland many years ago. Deee-licious!!

J'adore les raclettes et en fait souvent a mes invites.
Nous avons un fromagerie(provenance de Suisse allemande) tout pres de chez moi ou il sont renomme pour leur fromage a raclette, ils ont dernierement fabrique la raclette au poivre ou le fromage est assorti de grains entier de poivre vert.
Bien capte ca donne l'eau a la bouche.

Hello Nicolas,

I would love to eat some of this right now. It's really hard to find fresh, unsweetened bread (yes they put sugar in it) here in Korea. Good cheese is even harder to find. All they have is regular cheddar slices for kids. There is no Costco supermarket near me, to shop for Swiss Cheese, Jarlsberg, Edam, Camembert, etc.
