[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

We visited the Alesch glacier (photo a few days ago), from there was a possibility to walk to the Eggishorn. 2926m high and only a steep rocky path to walk on. My sister didn't want to do it but me, as a photographer, couldn't miss this chance so i went with the boys.
When we arrived at the top, the vieuw was breath taking and although i had a headache afterwards and even got a little bit sick, it was worth the effort.

Dat moet een hele klim zijn geweest, mijn diepe respect daar voor!
Awesome view indeed, very well captured the rocks on the foreground creates a nice depth in this image. The lake in the valley is a perfect eye catcher. Great picture Willemien!

Really an excellent POV, I like the inclusion of the rocks in the FG and the positioniong of the lake then the eye is drawn back to the spectacular cloudscape..

Harsh variations in light so a little oe on the rocks close in but generally well handled.

hoogteziekte..... echt heel naar als je daar last van hebt, maar meestal is het wel snel weer over als je lager gaat...

Het uitzicht is inderdaad adembenemend en een heerlijke beloning voor zo'n vermoeiende tocht. In de verte ligt de gletsjer...
Eigenlijk wel een beetje jammer, dat het groen niet meer echt groen is he? Dan zou het nog meer afsteken!
Feit blijft, dat het een fantastische foto is; een mooie herinnering.

A great capture of this glacier from an interesting POV (2926m high)!
Great DOF broken by the beautiful clouds surrounding the mountain tops!
I like the soft colors and the beautiful lake in the valley.

Goh, Willemien, dit was dan ook echt de moeite waard. Je hebt je niet laten kennen en ik hoop dan ook dat je niet erg lang ziek geweest bent. Een prachtig vergezicht, mooi scherp en helder weer.
Dit was het voorlopig voor een weekje! See you...
