This is a statue built to commemorate the dedication of this lady. Legend has it that her husband was a clown by trade and used to frequent the local watering hole and not be able to walk back home.
His wife would then come and fetch him in a basket and carry him home, not once, frequently!
Photo taken in almost darkness so shadows etc were not very easy...
