Looking down on the ski slopes of the Swiss Alps I spotted someone...... a very famous person...... hehe

Where's Wally? (titled Where's Waldo? in North America) is a series of children's books created by the British illustrator Martin Handford. The goal is to find a certain man, Wally, in a busy picture full of people. Wally dresses in a red and white striped shirt and bobble hat, carries a wooden walking stick, and wears glasses. He is always losing things, including books, camping equipment and even his shoes, and readers are invited to spot these items in the illustrations as well.

Wonderful! Very creative and fun.
I love the realism mixed with the youthfulness.

Funny post Ron !

Great contrast with all these colorful costumes against the snow covered mountain.

I wonder why they have a gate up there (^_^) . Normally it is at the bottom of the slope , they check tickets , No ?

Cheers!

Hello Ron, I love this. This is very well seen and realized. Having been a fan of that book (with my kids of course :-) ), I really enjoyed this one.

Keep shooting, Marie-José

Great shot - looks even more like a Lowrie on computer!

Hi Ron,

Being from America, I am very familiar with "where's Waldo". I've searched through many books (and your photo too :D). I like the white of the snow and the contrast of colors of the clothing. For me this is just a "feel good" photo! I like all of the brilliant colors and flow of people.

nicely done! tfs, Lisa
