This is a great studio shot of the rose. The lighting is wonderful, and so is the sharpness of the image. Well done.
Just wondering what type of bulbs you used, as I really like the effect from them. Incandescent, fluorescent, etc.

Beautiful picture! The colors & sharpness are very good, but I especially like the texture: by looking at the picture, you can almost feel the rose's softness.
Thanks for sharing with us!

Urs this rose is simply beautifull, well done!

I'm looking at your picture from a non-calibrated (i.e. not-so-good :=) ) monitor, and still this rose takes my breath. I can almost smell it!

Colors: Vibrant.
Position: *just* off center.
DOF: Excellent; it gives the viewer the idea (s)he is really up close.

Tones, details and sharpness are impressive. Excellent work.
