At the Ballenberg Open Air Museum on an expanse of hillside above the shores of Lake Brienz in central Switzerland, Swiss farm house architecture from across the country can be enjoyed in one location without traveling about....
The complete structures of farm houses have been brought from the eastern Engadin, the southern Ticino, northeastern Neuchatel and the southwestern Valais, among other areas and re-built on site here.
Depicted here is a gabled farmhouse captured through some foliage. Dunno about you, but I'm loving it. |
