| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Actually, this is a heavily post-processed shot of the reflection of the sun and clouds in a large pool of water that accumulated in my back yard due to recent heavy rains. The little points that look like stars are bubbles.
Using Aperture, I cropped, sharpened, tweaked the exposure, increased contrast, decreased shadows, added a slight bit of saturation, adjusted temperature and cloned out a few overhead powerlines that were visible in the reflection. I'm still learning how to use my software, so let me know what you think. |

Hmmmm! very interesting pp work! One suggestion: I would've rotated the image so that the reflection would look like it were the actual scenery. But that's just my way of seeing things.
