Good choice of a narrow framing here. Gorgeous colours. Too bad for the contrail in the top right corner; kills the mood a bit. Still, an excellent posting!

The is a really nice photo. The sky is prominent, and not suprisingly so with the interesting clouds and wonderful deep blue colour. The boats and textures of the water ripples adds interest to the bottom of the image. The warm yellow of the horizon and reflection I think works well with the blue, with an almost seamless transition. The lightness of the lower half of the image balances with the darkness of the sky in the upper part of the image.

Very good composition Urs, I like to see this drak blue sky with clear white clouds, that are slowly transforming to very warm & beautiful sunset colors.
