I like the colour and the detail in this shot. Very sharp focus makes everything nice and clear. The few green spots from the weeds add some colour. A slightly different crop would have move the nail nicely into play on 1/3rds.

Nice...
However I would try to re-make this shot placing camera about 2" above the tie looking at the rail with a spike at 1/3rd. And i would try to make this shot underexposed for ~3 steps with aperture opened as wide as possible.
