[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As you can see this fountain is at ground level and the children of Bracknell love it. When there is even a hint of decent weather they are to be seen running in and out of the jets of water with their parents looking on.
It is described as a clock fountain but I am not sure how it works.
