Hi Karan! Really powerful and expressive shot! I love how rich the tones are, you can even see the different dark tones on the old wooden slats on the tower part of the building. Really good handling of metering and exposure with the trees popping out from the sky and the composition and balance are strong with the building at an angle and off-center. Perfect in black and white as it creates a mood and I love the spread out whispy clouds in the sky that add more drama to the shot. Great point of view and excellent horizontal framing. I know it's a church but it almost has an eerie feel, hehe. TFS!

Hi Karan - I made the mistake of reading Lara's comments, I think she siad it all and very well.
Just my 2 cents worth, it was the clouds that caught my attention, as they looked like a strom brewing over the church.

A bit dark and synister, but a very nice image Karan.
Great sky and lovely contrasts and it does very well in B/W.
All in all I do like the mood in this picture.

Hi Karan,
Wonderful photo of this little old church. The B&W conversion gave the photo a lot more nostalgic feel to it. The sky looks really wonderful. Might have toned down some of the brightness of the wall.

There is a sinister atmosphere to this senery!
The naked trees, the patterns in the sky, all elements saying watch out, watch out!
Good angle of light, fine point of view gives a dynamic composition!
