| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| I used two photographs to create this image. One was a close up photo of the petals of a white lilly - you can see the stamen with the anthers and the stigma. The second picture is a brick and I have blended them together in photoshop using the colour burn mode. It's great fun experimenting with textures and different blending modes! |

... and after all that effort - not one response.
Here's an interesting experience. Go to Gallery. See on the left side, maybe way down at the bottom - 'Uncritiqued'. Go into that lot. See how there are a lot of poor images there but see also that there are a few good ones. See, importantly, how many images that never received a response are from newcomers, identified by their low totals. There's the unfairness of the system.
This one would also have ended up down among those dead men if INTERNATIONAL KIT RESCUE hadn't received the call for help.
With a little attention to detail (even more!), this could have attracted attention BUT it would have received immediate attention if you were an active critiquer, talking to the right people. It will happen from now on. Visit me, I visit you. Simple.
This one needs a slightly improved presentation. A fat black frame with a thin white line at the image edge/ Boosted Saturation even more? Lie, cheat, deceive, stretch the truth FURTHER!
See you later.
