super idea, the hot coffee beans in the cup, I think I was waiting for this compo, is for me an extremely strong compo, super!

Caroline, your "lazy days" picture was excellent. However I just love the title of this picture. Infact it has inspired me to put on my coat and go for a coffee. Cheers G

What star sign are you Caroline?
Just spotted this beauty and I am in shock at the strong simularities here to mine. I have to say I love this one as it would not make sense to say otherwise. Maybe we are going to see many more like it. Even down to the brown line in your frame. Well done in capturing the steam as it is not easy as i'm sure you found out. Thank G/A/B, for digital as you would have used so much film to get it right. Good Luck and talk later!

Very warm, nice and peaceful compo Caroline.
How did you manage to keep the steam in the picture ?
(I know pro's use smoke-capsules placed behind the cup to give the impression as the steam from a coffe-cup is hardly visible otherwise. You managed quite well here !)

Stop and smell the coffee this automaticly came to mind. You captured visuable smell. Great composition and presentation.

Hi Caroline,
Great shot here! I'm smiling because I have one very similar.... I prefer yours because your steam effect is great. How did you accomplish this? For mine, I set a shot glass of freshly boiled water behind my mug, but yours looks more natural. What's the technique?
