[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I seem to be going through a black and white portrait phase on trek lens at the moment! Another which I think captures one of those special moments between mother and son taken in Victoria Park in Newbury. To complete the picture...imagine the canal to the right with colourful barges and many greedy swans!

I can't help wondering what they look at..?
I think you handle the B&W well... Maybe a tad too contrasty for this kind of image, but I guess that's just me...

Very special. I admire the moment chosen, both looking up and away, as it shows that they are relating to each other. If they had been looking at the camera, it would have been - artificial. This appears to be genuine (even if it is staged). Much nearer the genius mark.
Subdued gray frame - yes. Nicely rendered in BW. Not over-contrasty. Well chosen, again.
You are getting dangerously near the 500 mark!
